Lu Xuesen, president of Ruineng, said that their company is striving to become the "Android system" in the world of electric motorcycles, providing an invisible auxiliary framework to other brands. But some companies in the industry are envisioning grand plans, and others have recently come under the spotlight. India's Ola Electric has been making daily headlines over the past few months when an electric motorcycle they built caught fire. Two other Indian electric motorcycle companies, Okinawa and Jitendra New EV Tech, have also been reported to have caught fire since late last year. All of these fires were related to battery failure.
